Return & Refund Policy

Modern Dating Patterns is a trade name operated by Calrity Con Carino, LLC. In this policy, “Modern Dating Patterns,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Calrity Con Carino, LLC d/b/a Modern Dating Patterns.
This policy applies to physical and digital products purchased directly from Modern Dating Patterns. Please review it before completing your purchase.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We use Printful to fulfill certain physical products. These products are made after an order is placed.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated on the product page, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or a size, color, or product option incorrectly selected by the customer.
Review the product description, size information, selected options, and shipping address before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Contact support@themoderndatingpatterns.com as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the affected item.
Approved fulfillment claims qualify for a replacement or refund. Contact us before returning an item; a physical return is generally unnecessary for approved Printful quality claims.
These reporting deadlines do not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived and appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We may ask you to confirm your shipping address, review tracking, and contact the local carrier. Following investigation, an eligible lost shipment qualifies for a replacement or refund.
PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate your package, check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier. Contact us if it remains missing.
A delivered tracking status may affect Printful’s coverage. We will review the circumstances; replacement or refund is not automatically guaranteed. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Additional shipping charges may apply when reshipment is needed because of a customer-provided incorrect address or an unclaimed package.
Returned packages may be held temporarily by Printful. Unclaimed items may be donated after 30 days and become unavailable for reshipment.
Contact us promptly if tracking shows that your shipment is being returned.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Contact support@themoderndatingpatterns.com promptly if you need to change or cancel an order.
We will review your request, but changes or cancellation may not be possible once production or fulfillment has begun.
Nothing in this section limits cancellation rights required by applicable law.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated on the product page before purchase, digital-product sales are final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed. We do not provide change-of-mind refunds after that point.
This applies to downloadable guides, PDFs, workbooks, journals, templates, checklists, and other digital resources.
The final-sale rule does not remove remedies for products that are defective, materially different from their description, or not delivered, or for other circumstances where applicable law requires a remedy.
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD AND BILLING PROBLEMS
Contact support@themoderndatingpatterns.com if you receive an incorrect file, cannot access your purchase, are charged more than once for the same order, or experience another delivery or billing problem.
Include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a description of the issue.
We will investigate and make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, resolution may include restoring access, providing the correct file, correcting a duplicate charge, replacing the product, or issuing a refund.
Please do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS AND COSTS
Do not send products to our business mailing address or a fulfillment facility without first contacting us for instructions.
If a physical return is necessary, we will explain where to send it and who is responsible for shipping costs before you return the item.
You will not be required to pay return shipping for an approved claim involving an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
REFUND PROCESSING
For purchases made through our Wix store or paid through PayPal, approved refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method or payment provider, unless another method is legally required or agreed upon.
We will notify you when a refund has been issued. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

Include your full name, order number, purchase email address, and a description of the issue. For physical products, include relevant photographs and shipping or tracking information.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to investigate and resolve your claim.
CUSTOMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including applicable rights concerning defective products, inaccurate descriptions, non-delivery, cancellations, refunds, or payment disputes.
Being made to order does not, by itself, eliminate statutory consumer rights. Where applicable law provides rights beyond this policy, those rights prevail.
Printful’s fulfillment rules govern our arrangements with Printful and do not replace our obligations to you as the seller.
Any additional product-specific return or refund terms will be disclosed before purchase and apply only to the extent permitted by law.
